Branova ("we", "us", "our") operates the Branova Booking platform at booking.branova.in — appointment scheduling and online booking software for clinics, salons, gyms, consultants, hotels and many other businesses. • Account data — your name, email, business name, role, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Business data — the records you create, such as services, staff, working hours, customers, appointments, reservations and payment records.
• Booking data from your customers — when someone books through your public booking page they provide details such as name, contact information and their chosen slot, which we store on your behalf.
• Usage data — basic technical information such as browser type and access times, used to keep the service secure and reliable.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the booking and scheduling service.
• To authenticate users and secure accounts.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, reschedules and cancellation notices you configure.
• To process payments and produce receipts for the bookings you record.
• To respond to support requests and improve the product.

3. Data ownership

The business and customer data you enter belongs to you. We act as a data processor on your behalf and do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Data is stored in secured databases and each account's data is isolated from others. We use industry-standard measures including hashed passwords, access controls and HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. On request or account closure, your data can be exported or permanently deleted.
