Terms of Service · Branova Booking

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Branova Booking platform provided by Branova ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Branova Booking is an appointment scheduling and online booking platform offered on a subscription basis. We may update, improve, or modify features over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including bookings made by your staff.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting unauthorized access, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with the platform's operation or security. You are responsible for honouring the appointments and reservations customers make through your booking page.

4. Subscription & payment

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. Fees are payable in advance and are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST). Continued use of paid features requires an active subscription.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you and your customers enter. We process it to provide the service in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and factors beyond our control may cause downtime.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Branova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed or double-booked appointments. The service is provided "as is".

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, you may request an export of your data.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
